First 2 story below grade parking in Vail requiring extensive dewatering both temporary and permanent. The project was shored at property line, requiring negotiations with CDOT, Town of Vail, and 3 condominium associations. |

RED ROCKS VISITOR CENTER
Morrison, CO
After performing preconstruction services for the Architecture Firm, was requested to be the Construction Manager for the City of Denver. Performed the bidding, procurement, and management of the Visitor Center, as well as new water treatment facility, sewer facility, associated site and utility work. Scope of services included project compliance with City of Denver contracting requirements. Told by Assistant City Attorney that this project was the only city project he could remember that didn’t result in a claim against the City.
