The goal of the Owner/Developer is to obtain consistent and predicable positive results from their construction. This process includes understanding the project, assembling the project team of Designers and Contractors, defining the relationships, negotiating equitable contracts, and constructing the project. During the process, each party has many responsibilities and must be accountable for their responsibilities for predicable positive results to occur.

After graduating with a degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University, Chuck Macdonald has estimated and managed construction projects for 26 years with a variety of firms. With experience that spans from small to regional to national level General Contractors, as well as utility contracting and ownership of his own General contracting firm and speculative home building, Chuck has been exposed to many different means and methods of achieving positive results in Construction and will bring that knowledge to your project.
